First there was Labor Day weekend, which was celebrated by a chinese lunch and a family walk across the Brooklyn Bridge, with both assorted Lewises and Krells in attendance. Then 2 weeks later, Peter A. Lewis threw a party to mark his and Paris Lewis's relocation to their new tony parkside flat overlooking ducks, hansom cabs, tourists and 59th street. It is always hard to nail down exactly when is the most beautiful time in New York, but this past September ranked pretty high.
